Giulia is a great teacher if you are looking to learn Italian. Her lessons are well structured and she puts a lot of effort to make things easier. Also, she's very patient and understanding which is quite helpful.

Giulia is a fantastic teacher for learning through both conversation & traditional methods for learning vocabulary, grammar etc. I have been receiving beginner Italian lessons for the past few months & highly recommend. Every lesson includes practical scenarios & reinforces prior learnings so I feel like I am making much more progress than I would in a class environment.

giulia is so much fun! she knows countless fascinating facts about her language, making every lesson entertaining and refreshing. you won’t just learn italian, you’ll also discover its latin and spanish roots, laugh at hilarious italian expressions, explore iconic gestures, stereotypes, movie scenes and song lyrics. she showed me how effective active recall can be and how to be patient with myself through the learning process, she's flexible with scheduling and incredibly creative, too. i highly recommend her ❥

I’ve had multiple weekly lessons with Giulia over the last 5 months which has allowed me to really level up my Italian skills both in speaking/practical application as well as deepening my understanding of grammatical rules.

I’ve also really appreciated Giulia’s flexibility with my schedule, which can sometimes be difficult. She’s always accommodating with times that work for me, which I really appreciate.

Perhaps one of the most helpful aspects of Giulia’s teaching strategy is incorporating Italian culture and current events. Language is more than just words, it has deep connection to culture. Understanding why Italians say something or what’s the hot topic of the day makes me feel way more connected to the language!

i've been studying with giulia for a long time and i would say what sets her apart is how she combines language with culture. it's not just about grammar, she always makes sure i understand the context and the cultural significance behind the words which helps me really grasp the language, makes the memorization easier even when italian doesn't make sense to me (ahem.. most times :P). she's made learning a lot more engaging and relevant to real life situations, so if you're looking for down to earth , productive lessons with funny soundtracks ( haha) and a really good italian friend too, i highly recommend her. ciao giu, ti voglio bene!!
