About Claudia
I have been an Italian-English teacher and translator for five years, native Italian speaker, but I grew up in a bilingual English context because my mother is Irish. I have a bachelor's degree in languages, a master's in translation and a master's in conference interpretation. I've been giving private lessons in English and Italian in my spare time for 5 years.

My teaching method focuses on conversation, so I always try to speak Italian (or English) to my students and encourage them to ask me questions in Italian from the start, so that they can familiarize themselves with it. the language and not be afraid of making mistakes. Depending on the student's level, during the conversation exercises, I check their strengths and those that need to be improved, which become a target. This applies to the conversational aspects as well as to the grammar.
