About Luis

I am a 27-year-old German/British man born in Frankfurt who was raised by German parents in the UK. My whole extended family is German and so I grew up speaking the language at a native level. I also have experience in teaching languages at a beginner/intermediate level as part of an internship I did abroad. My hope is to share my love of my native language with my students in a way that is casual and informal, yet still professional and focused on their ability.

About the lesson

I’m a dedicated online German tutor committed to helping students build confidence and fluency in a relaxed, enjoyable learning style. I believe that language learning should be effective and fun, so I keep lessons light-hearted while staying focused on your goals. Whatever your motivations for learning and practicing German may be, I can guarantee that it will be a blast learning the intricacies and quirks of my native language, and your interest in it will only get bigger the more you learn!
