About Lea

My name is Lea, I grew up in Hamburg and study French & History at University of Edinburgh.
I have previous experience in tutoring French and I love to support students on their language-learning journey as I completely understand how confusing and intimidating a new language can be.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching is student-centred and flexible. I take each learner’s personal needs, goals, and learning style into account, as everyone learns differently. I like to adapt my lessons to suit visual, auditory, or conversational learners and I am always happy to adjust my methods if something works better for the student.
I also provide practical language-learning tips that students can use outside of lessons to build confidence and improve steadily. My goal is to create a supportive and relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and progressing at their own pace.
