About Yasmine

Bonjour! I’m Yasmine, a qualified teacher (Bachelor of Education) who grew up speaking French. I’m trilingual (French, English, Arabic), so I know what it takes to learn a language: the frustration, the plateaus, and the moment it finally clicks.

I’ve taught more than 100 students worldwide, from complete beginners to advanced learners. I teach children, teenagers preparing for the Junior Cycle and Leaving Cert, and adults who want to speak French for travel, work, a move abroad, or simply for the love of the language. Whatever your level, I’ll build the lessons around you.

About the lesson

Every lesson is built around your goals. Choose what fits you:

Beginners: start from zero with simple, practical French you can use right away
Conversation: speak more fluently and confidently, and finally stop translating in your head
School students: Junior Cycle and Leaving Cert prep, including grammar, Higher Level writing and the oral exam
Adults & professionals: French for travel, work, relocation, or DALF preparation
Children: fun, patient lessons that build a strong foundation

What every lesson includes:

Lots of speaking in a relaxed atmosphere (mistakes are welcome!)
Grammar and vocabulary tailored to your level
Clear feedback on your speaking and writing
A personalised study sheet after every lesson with what we covered, new vocabulary and your corrections

For parents: I’m happy to send short progress updates so you know how your child is doing.

Send me a message with your level and what you’d like to achieve (or your child’s year and level), and I’ll suggest a plan for your first lesson.
