About Ben
Since 2016, I’ve worked in gyms, surrounded by people who want to improve. That’s when I realised what I truly love isn’t just giving people exercises — it’s supporting their progress and growth. I’m passionate about human connection and languages. People often tell me, “You’re gifted with languages!” But the truth? I was actually bad at them in high school — both in French and Spanish I just found a method that worked for me. Now, those two languages have become my strengths And today, I want to share that method — to help others gain confidence, make real progress, and actually speak for real. Not with boring grammar rules… But with personalised support, just like I used to give in fitness coaching.
