About Lucas
Fourth year engineering student, doing an internship here in Liverpool for 6 weeks.
I have been giving French, English, Maths and even tennis classes to kids and teenagers.
I can help with vocabulary - classical, regional, slang -, grammar, conjugation, global knowledge, whatever suits your Francophilia needs !
I am getting more and more used to the Scouse accent, so we won't have too much trouble communicating between each other.

I base my classes on how I have been taught during my schooling and take inspirations on methods known for their efficiency like Cormier's and Krashen's.
Basically, we start with the useful language (how do you say, can you repeat, where is, etc?), then the basic language (basic verbs, nouns, adjectives, etc.) and logical operators ("glue words") so you can link the words you already know. When you start to feel more at ease we can go through some more sophisticated stuff and more complex concepts.
I also like to add popular culture and everything that could be useful as references or examples to complete the work.
Most important, this is interactive and I can tell that you will have to speak French with me, no escape.
