I'm Valery, originally from Kolwezi, Congo.
Native French speaker now living in Walmer Estate, Cape Town.
Friendly, patient and easy to talk to.
I love sharing my language and culture, and helping people feel confident speaking French.
I'm happy to be here and ready to give you my best to help you improve.
I'm currently improving my English while looking for work, and continuing my studies, so I understand what it's like to learn a new language.

About the lesson

Bonjour ! I'm Valery, a native French speaker originally from Congo (Kolwezi).
I offer simple, patient conversational French for beginners and intermediate learners in Walmer Estate and online.
We will focus on real spoken French - how to introduce yourself, have a small conversation, understand everyday French.
No complicated grammar, just speaking with a native. I am not a certified school teacher, I am a native speaker who will help you practise with patience and good energy.
Perfect if you want to learn to speak, not just to write.
First lesson is about getting to know your level.
