I am a native French speaker from Belgium with a strong background in Law, Public Affairs, and Teaching. Before moving to Melbourne, I worked as a legal adviser at the Belgian Federal Parliament and practiced as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar.

My entire career has been built on precision, argumentation, and the mastery of the French language.Alongside my legal career, I have years of experience teaching French on Superprof (in Europe) and volunteering with non-profits, helping everyone from corporate professionals to total beginners.

About the lesson

My Approach: French without the headache

Learning a language shouldn't feel like memorizing a dictionary. My goal? Getting you to think and breathe in French, naturally. No rigid, boring lectures here—we focus on active conversation, real-world context, and practical tools.

Here is what we will tackle together:

- Spontaneous Conversation: We talk. A lot. Even if it's not perfect. We use debates, stories, and daily scenarios to destroy your fear of speaking.
- Grammar with Logic, Not Tears: Let's break down complex rules into clear, logical patterns. You’ll finally understand why it works that way.

- Vocabulary that Sticks: No endless, useless word lists. We focus on contextual words and expressions that real French people actually use.

- The "Real" French: Slang, cultural quirks, idioms, and those tiny details that textbooks always leave out.

Every lesson is tailored to your learning style. Some need strict structure; others prefer loose experimentation. We will find your perfect balance.

️ Lesson Length & Format

- 1-hour or 2-hour sessions: Completely flexible based on your goals.
- The 2-Hour Limit: I don't recommend going past two hours. At that point, even the most enthusiastic brain starts quietly filing a resignation letter.
