I come from Paris, but I have been living in London for six years now. I left for the UK to study, and I never came back! I am passionate about languages and everything else it comes with: the culture, the music, the food... Having learned many languages in my life, I know what makes it fun and motivating. I come from Paris but have been living in the UK for six years. I studied German, so I also lived in Berlin for a year. This means I know exactly what it feels like to learn a new language, because I have done it twice!
I studied German and Literature at King's College London, then studied Sociology at the University of Cambridge and then studied Linguistics at UCL. I have a strong understanding of language, from a personal and academic perspective.
I believe that speaking is the key to learning a language. While grammar and syntax remain crucial, I choose to really focus on forming sentences and pushing through, even if it feels difficult. A normal class with me feels like a conversation: we both speak and listen and you ask me any questions you want. Unfortunately, French grammar is sometimes a little difficult, so I'm here to make it as fun and easy as possible through playful and educational exercises.
I teach all levels of French -whether you're only just starting or if you just want to refresh your knowledge.
