About Alexandra

Bonjour ! I’m Alexandra, French qualified native teacher that works full-time as a French teacher. I'm new here so not many reviews but I run an online school called alexteachingfrench with 9000 followers on Facebook and more 60 amazing reviews and I hope yours will be the next one! We have a team of teachers ready to help. My students say that I'm kind and friendly.

About the lesson

Thanks to my bachelor in education and my master’s degree in French as a foreign language where I was both head of the class, I have taught in 3 continents to hundreds of students (kids & adolescents & adults) of various nationalities. Many French schools in Canada, England and Australia trusted me and helped me gain more experience. As an examiner for the TEF, TEFAQ exams for two years in Montréal, I propose a very efficient TEF preparation with a 100% rate of success. I even pass the exam myself to improve my teaching so I know this exam more than anyone! I can also prepare students for TCF, GCSE, DELF and A-level exams as I taught for these exams in multiple language schools. I like my classes to be a space of kindness and positivity. can't recommend Alex enough. French is my 4th language and I only started learning in 2019. The fact that I got a high B2 in speaking in such a short span of time, which is much higher than my actual level, says volumes about how great of a teacher she is. I really struggle with spoken French and without her tips and vocabulary, I would not have been able to even get that score.
I got C1 in all the other three sections of the TEF The sample EE writeups she shared on her page really helped me to structure my own answers and I followed exactly that. I wish Alex every success in everything that she does!
