About Courtney

Hello! My name is Courtney, and I am a native English speaker with a 120-hour TEFL certificate and a passion for helping others learn and grow. I believe that learning a new language should be an enjoyable and encouraging experience, and I want every student to feel comfortable, supported and confident throughout their learning journey.

I am a patient, friendly and understanding person who enjoys helping others develop new skills. My approach is to create a welcoming learning environment where students feel free to ask questions, practise speaking and learn from their mistakes without feeling judged. I understand that everyone learns at a different pace, so I aim to adapt my lessons to suit each student's needs and goals.

I welcome both children and adults who want to improve their English, whether they are beginners or looking to strengthen their existing skills. I look forward to helping you build confidence, improve your communication and discover just how rewarding learning English can be. I would love to be part of your learning journey!

About the lesson

My lessons are friendly, interactive and tailored to each student's individual needs, learning pace and goals. As a native English speaker with a 120-hour TEFL certificate, I aim to make learning English enjoyable, practical and confidence-building. I use clear explanations, examples, conversation practice and fun activities to help students improve their speaking, listening, reading, vocabulary and grammar skills.

I believe every student learns differently, so I create a patient and supportive environment where mistakes are part of learning and nobody should feel embarrassed to ask questions. A typical lesson may include a warm-up activity, learning new words or concepts, guided practice and a short conversation or activity to apply what we have learnt.

I offer lessons for beginners and intermediate learners, including children and adults who want to improve their English for school, everyday conversations or personal development. I teach in English and focus on helping students become more comfortable, fluent and confident in using the language. My goal is to make every lesson positive, engaging and worthwhile.

Courtney is an exceptional Superprof - patient, knowledgeable, kind and truly passionate about helping others learn.
What I love most about her teaching style is how calm and encouraging she is. She explains things clearly, never makes you feel rushed, and makes sure you actually understand.
I had an experience where she helped me with a topic I was really struggling with, and her patience and way of breaking it down gave me so much confidence.

I highly recommend Courtney to any future student. You will be in great hands - she is professional, supportive and really cares about your success.
