About Tom
I'm Tom, a Belgian native Dutch speaker. I love to teach people about my skills and am great at picking apart my students to understand what they require from me in order to learn. For the past 5 years I've been working with language schools to teach English and Dutch.

A conventional course might teach you the right things on paper, but in practice you won't come across as very natural when speaking.
I believe strongly in immersion when it comes to languages. This means that my lessons revolve around using conversation and consuming selected Dutch language media as a vessel to learn more naturally and gain a deeper understanding of the language and culture which formed it.
I'm able to teach absolute beginners, intermediates and advanced speakers alike, catering to each student's needs individually. Whether you're going on a trip to NL/BE, are starting a job there or simply want to learn a new language for fun, I'll be able to assist you on your learning journey!
