About Hannah
Hi, my name is Hannah Qin. I was born in Beijing, China, and completed 15 years of education there, where Chinese language and literature were an important part of my academic life. Throughout school, I consistently achieved full marks in my Chinese assignments and received Excellence distinctions in Chinese every year. My strong passion for the Chinese language is what motivates me to become a tutor—I truly enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping other students build confidence and succeed in learning Chinese. Outside of tutoring and study, I enjoy playing badminton, skiing, and reading, which help me stay active and curious about the world.

As a native Chinese speaker who has consistently achieved excellent results in Chinese language studies, I aim to make learning Chinese clear, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs. My tutoring approach focuses on building strong foundations in vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and cultural understanding while helping students gain confidence in speaking, reading, and writing. I adapt my lessons to suit different learning styles—whether students need help with schoolwork, exam preparation, or conversational Chinese—creating a supportive environment where they can improve step by step and enjoy the learning process.
