About Kylie
Hi! I'm Kylie, a final year International Business, Finance and Economics student at the University of Manchester, originally from Hong Kong. I'm a native Cantonese and Mandarin speaker with fluent English, and I'm currently learning Korean myself — so I truly understand what it feels like to be a language learner! I'm a warm, patient and curious person who loves connecting with people and making them feel comfortable. I believe language learning should be enjoyable and confidence-building, not stressful. I'm passionate about helping others communicate more naturally and I tailor every session to the individual needs of my student."

I offer conversational practice for beginners to intermediate learners who want to feel more confident speaking naturally. Sessions are typically 30 to 60 minutes online and we can focus on whatever you need — whether that's everyday conversation, pronunciation, or preparing for a trip.
