About Aukai

I'm a passionate language teacher and my mission is to help you on your journey to proficiency! I'm fond of serious and light topics alike, so whether you want to learn Portuguese to dive deep into the madness of Brazilian politics, enjoy the beautiful poetry of MPB or just to feel more comfortable in your small talk when travelling to a Portuguese-speaking country, I'm your guy!

About the lesson

I've been teaching ESL and Portuguese for foreigners for 12 years and have worked at language schools, companies, with in-person and online classes. My classes are 100% student-oriented: no matter your age, level or ability, I'll always cater to your needs and interests and help you become a more proficient speaker! Classes are conversation-based and last 50 minutes.

Aukai is a very good teacher because he encouraged me to speak English, and class after class I lost the fear of speaking. Another important aspect is that he makes me want to study more and more to be able to succeed. Today I am more confident in understanding and speaking English. Although I'm not fluent, I'm trying my best and hope to get there soon!
