About Laila

I am a native Arabic speaker with over 10 years of professional experience as a journalist and translator. My work has given me a deep understanding of the Arabic language, from formal writing to everyday conversation. I’ve used Arabic not just in theory, but in real-world, high-stakes environments — writing articles, translating interviews, and communicating across cultures. Now, I’m excited to share that experience with students of all ages. I teach in a calm, encouraging way, always adjusting to each student’s level and learning style. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to reconnect with Arabic, I’ll help you build confidence and enjoy the process. I speak both Arabic and English fluently, so I can explain concepts clearly and make lessons feel smooth and accessible. About the lesson

My approach is warm, clear, and designed to make Arabic feel approachable — and even fun! Arabic is a rich and poetic language, and I help students connect with it through meaningful conversations, everyday examples, and cultural insights.

Each lesson is tailored to the student’s level and learning style. I use storytelling, visual aids, and repetition to build vocabulary and confidence. I also explain grammar and sentence structure in simple, practical ways — always linking it to real communication, not just rules.

Lessons typically run for 60 minutes, with a mix of review, new content, sentence practice, and speaking activities. I aim to make every class engaging, with moments of discovery and small wins that help maintain high motivation.

I am a native Arabic speaker with over 10 years’ experience as a journalist and translator, using Arabic professionally every day. I bring strong language instincts, patience, and clear bilingual communication (Arabic–English).
