About Harry
I am a Nationally ranked British Olympic weightlifter, with experience in personal training, remote coaching and sport psychology I have been studying any and all strength building systems for years and can guarantee I will be able to increase your strength and power as well I will be able to help with an understanding of the technical aspects of any type of strength training along with often overlooked stretching and recovery methods
