My methods of training include basic of bodybuilding and powerlifting which will help you get stronger and build lean muscle and to lose fat at the same time without having to do hours and hours of cardio.
And
I will be teaching you basic boxing to help you defend yourself and to attack during times of trouble which is very useful for self-defense.
