About Nathan

I have several experiences in in-school and extracurricular tutoring. Indeed, I provided tutoring in French in my high school with middle school students, and I also went to Madagascar as a volunteer teacher for 1 month: I taught French to students aged 11 to 18 in schools. high schools in rural areas. I play several musical instruments, which allowed me to teach piano to beginner students for 1 year in my business school. They say of me that I am pedagogue, caring and patient. I really like teaching, and see my student's improvement! I look forward to meeting you and talking with you!

About the lesson

My teaching method for French as a foreign language is adaptable and interactive. I can work with students of all ages and levels, whether they're beginners or looking to improve their current skills in speaking, writing, or vocabulary... As I love teaching people, I would be able to easily adapt my approach regarding your needs! Typical tutoring hour: 5 mins: introduction to each other if it's the first time! 5 mins: what the student currently knows about the subject we'll work on today. 5 mins: why is this concept interesting in French? 20 mins: explanation of the concept/rules with visual support. 20 mins: application of theory and exercises to do together to assimilate the method 5 mins: conclusion of the lesson, and debrief! I cover both everyday and formal French, focusing on grammar rules, vocabulary, conjugation, and spelling. I use clear examples and creative expressions to make concepts easier to understand and remember. My lessons are personalized to suit each student's needs, ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning experience!
