About Fatima

I'm Fatima, a personal trainer who wants to fulfill your goals in the easiest and most fun way possible. My goal is to enable you to trust your abilities, develop your exercise technique and be the strongest version of yourself!

About the lesson

My first approach in private sessions is to deeply and fully understand my client’s goals whether it is weight loss or muscle building, I seek to understand why they want to achieve that specific goal, what has worked in the past and what has not, and finally I adapt a customized program to achieve their goals. My most important goal working with clients is to help them trust in their physical and mental abilities and let them be sure they can achieve whatever they put their mind into!
