In a world full of trendy and exaggerated exercises, I always teach my students to master the basics first. A lot of women are always pushed and conditioned to practice only cardio.
My idea is to implement strength training, progressively lifting weights under safe guidance, into your workout routine.
Note:
- I do not take seasonal offers (Summer body, 30-day weight loss, wedding season, etc.) I am looking to build and educate you on a sustainable journey to be functionally independent. Let's build muscles, good balance, a strong heart, and strengthen bones together, which will help you in the long run.

- I conduct in-home training sessions in Chennai for Women (ON HOLD)
- Also connect through Gmeet or Zoom for online sessions.
- Mainly focused on: Posture correction and movements, mobility, stability, and strength training.
- The classes are intended for WOMEN only.
- Classes range from 45-60 mins
- Group classes can be conducted inside a gated community for women, on demand (ON HOLD)
