I am a life coach helping young and old develop a great self-image and life story using Narrative Therapy techniques. I am here to help you develop self-esteem and a positive life. I have trained students in assertive communication and self-confidence.

By helping you identify your dominating negative story that you tell yourself and changing it with a positive one, many improvements in your life situation can be accomplished.
