Super Prof

Markus is one of our best Maths tutors. High-quality profile and excellent qualifications, organised and responsive to lesson requests, appreciated by their students!

About Markus

My name is Markus and I want to teach in order to gain work experience as well as getting joy out of helping students raise a grade in their Mathematics. As someone who has sat A level and GCSE exams, I understand how hard it can be to understand and apply mathematical knowledge to your exams, which is why I’m here to help students get through that barrier, using what I have learnt throughout my GCSE and A-level maths.

About the lesson

Lessons will last between 30 and 60 minutes. My teaching will be a combination of helping students understand areas of their course that they are struggling with, as well as setting them work to do either in class or at home to complete to show that they understand what I am teaching. Since I have just completed my A levels, I don’t yet have experience as a tutor. My lessons are for GCSE students.

Review

All of our reviews are collected by us and are 100% reliable. They correspond to a real experience lived by the teacher's students.

Markus has helped my son improve his maths grades already. He has achieved a grade higher than his previous mock exam and very nearly two grades higher! Markus has taught, supported and encouraged him with patience, insight and positivity and has him engaged in a subject he previously detested and struggled with. Markus is a professional, well mannered and friendly young man and deserves every success in his tutoring career. Thank you so much, Markus!

Markus has been helping my daughter with Maths, and he’s absolutely brilliant. She initially wasn’t keen on having extra maths, but now realises that she can do so much more than she thought she could. Markus has a wonderful and positive way of teaching, and making Maths fun. It’s like someone has opened the curtains, and now she has tonnes more confidence and doesn’t dread her school maths lessons.
