I observe bow grip, shoulder relaxation, and left-hand placement first. A typical 60-minute lesson includes open-string bowing, scale work with tuner feedback, etude or solo practice, sight-reading, and assigned excerpts. I emphasize rich tone production over note accuracy alone. My lessons suit beginners, intermediate players, and returning adults aged seven and above.
