About Karolina
Hello!
I am a Medicinal Chemistry Student at the University of Edinburgh. I have previously graduated from the International Baccalaureate in Poland, with higher level subjects Chemistry, Mathematics, English and French. I remember how stressful my exams were, but lit will all be a piece of cake with a little bit of practice!

Having taught many students from various backgrounds in the past 3 years, I have a lot of experience with using different approaches. I tailor my sessions for every student individually, try to identify their strengths and weaknesses, so each session will be prepared to maximise the time working on the issues with the material. I believe that knowledge, especially in Natural Sciences and Mathematics, is best approached on examples, so I will come with a set of practice problems. I first let the student attempt to find the solution, subtly giving new ideas. I make sure that the material is well comprehended by giving a similar practice problem as homework, which will be talked about on the next session.
