My name is Arthur Henrique.
-I'm 19 years old
-I have been actively using English for over 4 years
-I taught myself English from scratch
-I am a game dev in my free time
-I have worked with video editing and digital image in the past
-Currently working with IT and developing my own game. And trying to get the opportunity to teach English.
A cool story about me is that I once hit a big rock with my bike going about 20 km/h, I didn't get hurt much and my bike flew away, intact, I used it for about 3 more years before selling it.

I believe the best way to learn English is through practice, consuming content and always trying to do something using the English language. So my focus is to introduce the basics, explain the theory, and put it into practice whenever possible. Perhaps by reading a text, watching a movie/video, and playing a game.
I always provide a translation and explanation when requested. Having a foundation makes it easier to associate words with things and learn to interpret words, phrases, and context. This way, you not only learn to read and understand, but also how to use them correctly and introduce some new vocabulary that I might not teach, such as highly specific words like "Acronym," which are rarely used in conversation. It stands for Acronym (an abbreviation of names by letters, such as United States of America -> USA).
Either way, I can't wait for the opportunity to teach other aspiring English speakers in an entertaining and active way. o(*￣▽￣*)ブ
