About Alicia
Hi! My name is Alicia, and I’ve always loved math—even from a young age. I often found myself working ahead because I enjoyed solving problems so much. Now, I want to share that same love for math with my students and show them that learning math can be fun and not as hard as it seems.
I use simple techniques that helped me succeed, and I do my best to make each lesson clear, supportive, and enjoyable.

My teaching approach is patient, encouraging, and interactive. I break down concepts into small, manageable steps and use examples, visuals, and practice activities to help students truly understand—not just memorize. I create a comfortable learning space where students feel free to ask questions and learn at their own pace. What sets me apart is my gentle teaching style and focus on confidence-building. I understand that every child learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to fit each student’s needs. My goal is not only to improve math skills but also to help students feel proud of themselves and enjoy learning.
Whether your child needs help with basic addition, subtraction, counting, or understanding numbers, etc.. I’m here to help them succeed!
