Rahul Gupta - Experienced Yoga Instructor With over 11 years of dedicated practice and teaching experience, I am Rahul Gupta, a passionate advocate for holistic well-being through the ancient art of yoga. My journey began over a decade ago, fueled by a deep curiosity and a desire for personal transformation. Since then, I have immersed myself in the study and practice of various yoga traditions, specializing in Hatha, Ashtanga, and several other forms.
