About Jaime

I have been learning music since I was 9 years old and I have had several groups with which I have carried out many rehearsals and concerts. I have dedicated myself entirely to music studies for five years and I am musicologist. Furthermore, I have recently studied a master's degree in Musical Heritage. Also I belong to two bands: Radio Palmer and Amanita Somersolt, playing guitar and keyboards.

About the lesson

My teaching method is free and adaptable to students, but always with a specific path that follows as a model my experiences both as a student and as a teacher. In the first class, the idea is for the student to show me all his knowledge and interests, so that I can lead his learning to the point he wants to reach. My classes do not prevail neither the technique nor the theory, because I believe that it is important that both aspects are worked so that they acquire solid knowledge. Even with this, I like that it is the student who walks on their own, although always having my guides, knowledge and practices hand in hand. In addition, I try that my classes do not end in the face-to-face time, but through direct contact with the student in their daily practice, their doubts are always answered even on days that we do not have class.

El método de Jaime para enseñar es muy efectivo a la par que motivador. Es genial ir a clase con él porque sientes que en cada clase aprendes algo nuevo y mejoras a pasos agigantados. Me fastidió mucho tener que dejar de ir a sus clases pero tuve que mudarme a otra ciudad.
