About Kaylen
I am a music teacher with 5 years of teaching music education. I am a professional pianist with a background of 20 years in piano, focusing in classical, R&B, pop, and choir. I have taught over 75 students over the dallas/ ft worth location. I teach ages 5 + ( Children and Adults)

My teaching method is direction without dictation. I show my students how to play instruments/ learn how to read music or theory through hands on work. I do not play music for the children after the first run through. I allow my students to learn through theirselves and through written work. Playing for the student does not teach them, but only shows the student how to imitate.
