About Dorcas

I am currently a student of music at the University of Ibadan and my major instrument is the violin and I also play the piano. I also have experience in tutoring as I have been a private tutor since 2016

About the lesson

My teaching method is a detailed one on one class. I approach topics by first asking about the students previous knowledge about the topic, and then I take time to explain and clear up any misconceptions about the topic. I also recommend useful materials for the class

Recommendations

Recommendations come from relatives, friends and acquaintances of the tutor.

Dorcas is a great teacher! when it comes to class organization and preparing course materials, she knows just what to hand out. Her assignments are also brain stimulating and i had a really interesting time learning from her.

I would highly recommend Dorcas as i have worked with her previously. She tutored my son for 6 months and i must say that his skills have improved greatly, especially with music theory. She definitely knows her onions.
