About Helené
Hi there I'm just a woman with a passion for music, lyrics and offcourse completely off topic, but loving animals. since a very young age I've expressed my thoughts and emotions through music and spend my time with pets and other animals. Both so has helped me so much throughout life and its way cheaper than therapy. The serotonin felt in the hugs of paws and the emotions felt in every lyric you screamed or chord you played is something beyond just powerful. Its a way of life and to me personally without music and our furry friends, I don't think I'd be where I am today or as strong emotionally and mentally.

I am not a professional, but I can teach you the basics and I can help you a lot with you breathing and to make sure you use your core the right way for your singing and that your breathing is correct so that you don't hurt your throat while singing. I can teach you the basic piano keys and I can help you with basic ear training and teach you the basics of song writing.
