About Daisy
I am a passionate vocal performer with a particular love of jazz and musical theatre. I perform regularly in Sussex venues as a soloist and with other musicians. I also work as a touring backing vocalist with other artists. I am a working musician who has relevant and up to date knowledge of industry standards and what is expected of the modern musician.
I studied GCSE and A Level music, before going on to complete a degree in music performance, and understand the challenges of music theory and how much it can affect your confidence as a musician. Therefore it is important to me to help and guide others.

I approach my vocal lessons in a holistic fashion - you will learn not only the correct techniques for singing at a high level, but the importance of diet, confidence, stage presence and avoiding injury if you wish to move forward as a live performer.
My music theory lessons take a more traditional approach with a student centred pace, music theory is not easy and can take time to understand so I believe that a student centred pace is best for growing my students' confidence.
Typical lesson lengths will range from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
I am a new tutor however I have six years of live performance experience and was awarded a 1st class (with honours) Bachelor of Music degree this year, which included a music in education module. I have teaching experience for younger students but am open to all ages.
