About Jessel
I'm a recent engineering graduate. I have trained in the gym personally for over 4 years and have got ample experience to know what and which exercises are the best and optimal. I personally built muscle as a skinny person myself but i can help you out losing fat and build muscle as well. Join in and you won't be disappointed.
