Details

Class cancellation:

1. Must be notified at least 30 hours before the class. If student failed to do so, student will be charged 30 minutes class fee. If tutor failed to do so, tutor must deduct 30 minutes class fee.

2. Student not allowed to cancel more than 2 classes or else, the classes shall be replaced.

3. If student wish to stop or quit from the class, notification must be made at least 2 weeks before. Failure to do so will cause normal charge on fees.
