About Sushumna
I am a qualified yoga teacher with an MSc in Yoga Therapy and Counseling and 9 years of experience teaching yoga to children and adults. I have experience working with students of different age groups and levels. My teaching approach is friendly, patient, and personalized, with a focus on safe practice, proper breathing, mindful movement, and overall well-being.

My yoga classes are personalised for children and adults of different levels, from beginners to regular practitioners. I focus on asanas, pranayama, relaxation, mobility, flexibility and mindful movement. I also use yoga blocks, wheels, rollers and dumbbells when appropriate to make the practice engaging, effective and enjoyable.

Details
My yoga classes are ₹800 per hour. The fee includes personalised guidance based on the student's level, needs and goals. I offer one-to-one and small-group online classes, with flexible timings. A trial/introductory session can be discussed with new students before starting regular classes.
