Elisa has strong analytical skills, as well as a passion for investigating effective methodologies towards professional coaching guidance. Elisa has brings an empathetic mindset which helps her to understand personal needs and their experiences with our services. This helps us to constantly improve our approach.

About the lesson

The sessions will mostly be in the form of interviews. You will be an active participant of the coaching. We might be able to evaluate participants’ personality and personal interests with psychometric tests. The method will be adapted for the individual, below are some the examples:

Assess participant’s situation and current needs;

Assess personal interests and self personality traits if necessary;

Set up goals and a plan to achieve them;

Working together on achieving the goal.

Conditions

The sessions will be individually planned and strictly confidential. They will be conducted in English. The client must be confident in talking about her/his life values and objectives in English. We do not set a minimal education but the customer must be at least 18. The participants will get the best result if they are motivated to actively change their situation.
