Hi, I'm Dishari, and I'm genuinely passionate about mathematics! With a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and currently pursuing my Master's at FU Berlin, a top 100 university globally, I've immersed myself in the world of numbers. I have a knack for making complex math concepts understandable and enjoyable. While teaching middle school and high school students, I fell in love with the "aha" moment when a student grasps a difficult concept. My teaching style is interactive and focused on making sure you really understand the concepts, not just memorise formulas. I encourage you to think critically, solve problems creatively, and most importantly, always ask questions. Whether it's geometry, trigonometry, or basic science, my aim is to make learning a fun and rewarding experience. My methodology involves: ** Interactive Learning: Encouraging students to actively participate by solving problems and discussing their thought processes. ** Customised Lessons: Tailoring each session to address the specific needs and learning styles of the student. ** Conceptual Understanding: Focusing on the underlying concepts rather than rote memorisation, ensuring students grasp the 'why' behind mathematical principles. ** Problem-Solving Skills: Developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills through challenging exercises, especially in Olympiad math. ** Positive Reinforcement: Building confidence by celebrating successes and providing constructive feedback. * Typical Length of a Lesson: Each lesson typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the student's needs and concentration span.
