About Nihar Ranjan
I am a post graduate in computer science having 15 years of experience in IT industries as a programmer and architect. I have worked for companies such as IBM, HP, TCS, WIPRO and many clients to develop and distribute software. I usually code, mentor junior members, students freshers and make them industry ready.

I provide teachings and my experience on the subjects such as OS, DBMS, ADA , SE and programming which are related to computer science (Bsc, IT, Msc, Btech). As i am from the same background it helps me find way to teach people.
I usually do it online or with a small group of people 5 -10 max to start teaching any subject. I ask students on their syllabus, what they already know and what is their expectation from me. I usually teach for 15 minutes and then let students ask questions. And repeat the same .
I usually take a class for 30 mins -1 hrs based on student's request/ grasping power. I do not stretch the audience more on the subject rather i teach less and expect students to learn and practice the same.
