I’m a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with over 12 years of experience in real estate development, valuation, and investment, currently working as a Senior Development Manager at Turner & Townsend. My career spans both public and private sectors, including roles at LLDC, CBRE, and Avison Young, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the industry.

What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application. I understand the challenges students and early-career professionals face when trying to connect classroom concepts to real-world scenarios — and I tailor my lessons to make that connection clear, relevant, and actionable.
