- 15 years of strength training ranging from Beginners to Athletes.
- 3 years of coaching Elite hockey and overseeing off ice performances and nutritional intake
I can definitely help get you beyond where you saw yourself. My many years of experience + the wide range of individuals I have dealt with over the years allows me to bring an even more personalized approach to each program and client I over see.

- Tailored to your needs and wants (limitations taken into consideration)
- High intensity to keep conditioning up and encourage fat loss with muscle retention
-Fitness for day to day improvement is a priority (what good is a big squat, if you have pain getting up from a chair.)
-Accountability to ensure trajectory is always moving up
-Periodic adjustments made depending on improvements or to ensure a solid foundation is being built before chiseling the top
