About Mahie
I am a passionate movement facilitator who believes dance is for every body. My approach blends rhythm, mindful movement, and self-expression, creating a supportive space where participants can explore movement without fear or judgment. With a focus on connection rather than perfection, I aim to help people build confidence, body awareness, and joy through dance—one step, breath, and beat at a time. I bring over 10 years of experience in Bharatanatyam, Bollywood, and Contemporary dance forms. My training allows me to blend classical foundation with expressive, modern movement, creating classes that are rooted in technique yet open, fluid, and joyful. I focus on helping students understand movement, rhythm, and expression while encouraging confidence, individuality, and ease in every step.
