About Rahul

As a driven and passionate artist, I’ve been moving and training for over 14 years, exploring a vast range of styles to strengthen my foundation and deepen my connection with movement. Over time, I’ve realized that dance, or movement as I prefer to call it, isn’t about technique or style. It’s about connection. Connection to your body, your thoughts, your emotions, your stories. It's been years and I still consider myself as more of a student than a teacher, there's never an end to learning in life, and I believe that movement is about how deeply your body can understand, interpret, and express what your mind creates. My classes aren’t built around a single style or choreography, no, they’re a journey into discovering your own form of movement through strong foundations and mindful exploration. Learn to move freely, connect deeper with yourself and the rhythm, and grow as an artist with every session. Leave each class with a fresh perspective and a deeper understanding of your own movement.

About the lesson

My teaching method is a little unconventional, because every artist grows differently. Over years of training and teaching, I’ve discovered how to guide students in a way that helps them truly understand themselves as movers. Instead of giving fixed steps, I give tools and exercises that spark creativity from within so your movement comes from you, not imitation.

My goal is to make you independent, confident, and skilled. Mentorship is available whenever needed, but there’s no spoon-feeding, you’ll learn to discover your own answers and expand your artistic voice.

What to Expect in Class:

- Foundations and drills across two dance styles per session
- Play with shapes and concepts to improve freestyle
- Musicality training and understanding layers in music
- Choreography tailored to your growth
- Performance and expression guidance

By the end of each class, you’ll leave with a stronger foundation, new ways to move, and a fresh perspective on your artistry.
