About Evan

With 12 years of ESL teaching experience, I have worked with over 150 high school and college students, helping them improve their English communication and academic skills. My teaching philosophy emphasizes confidence, creativity, and practical learning. I believe that learning a language should be interactive, enjoyable, and tailored to each student’s pace. In my lessons, I combine grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking practice with real-life scenarios, conversations, and fun activities.

I strive to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them. Many of my students have successfully improved their test scores, academic performance, and overall English fluency. Helping students gain confidence, express themselves clearly, and reach their goals motivates me every day. I am passionate about providing a learning experience that is both effective and enjoyable.

About the lesson

My ESL teaching methodology is designed to create a supportive and flexible learning environment where students feel comfortable using English. I focus on clear communication and encourage learners to speak freely without fear of making mistakes.

Lessons include speaking practice, pronunciation work, listening activities, vocabulary building, and grammar used in real sentences. Flexibility allows me to adjust lessons based on individual needs, goals, and learning styles. Creativity is added through role plays, discussions, real-life examples, and simple writing activities that keep students engaged.

Along with ESL, I also teach subjects such as Conversational English, Workplace Communication, Academic Writing, Reading Skills, Presentation Skills, and Interview Communication. Accountability ensures steady progress through clear goals, practice tasks, and honest feedback.
