About Leonardo

I'm a Mechanical Engineering (English Course for Ingegneria Meccanica) student at Politecnico di Torino. During my 5 years in High-School i attended extra-curricular courses to learn the english language. Thanks to these courses and to some months spent working in the UK i was able to pass the Cambridge Advanced CAE exam in June 2017 with the highest mark possible, C2.
Of course Italian is my first language and, since i've already had the opportnity of teaching it, i can say that my knowledge of English has helped me developing a more intense connection with my students.

About the lesson

My lessons adapt to the needs of every student. During the hours of lesson each student will have the chance to improve their skills through oral and written practice. Interactivity has a key role during lessons, each student will be invited to chat over a topic of his choice to make lessons not only a way of learning a new language but also a way to enrich ourselves.

What i believe is key in the teaching of a new language is a connection with reality, but unfortunately, from what i've seen, it seems to be lacking in most of the methods currently used.
My method aims to make the student enjoy his time learning and make him less scared of making mistakes. We can only learn from them.

If you cancel the lessons with at least a one day notice the lesson wont be paid and it will be rescheduled according to th student's needs. In case of a late notice for a reshedule (less than one day) the lesson will need to be paid, but it will still take place in another day that will be decided afterwards.
