About Gopu
I am a certified fitness trainer and nutritionist. Initially, I was into this to gain weight. So I achieved my goal from 57 kg to 75 kg. In the process, I found my passion in this field and learned the exercise and workout and meal planning. So I am here to help someone who really needs some help to change the perception about themselves.
