About Holly

Hi! My name is Holly, and I am a fashion model, content creator, and holistic health coach. I am from BC, Canada. I have been an artistic person since I was very young, which has blossomed into a modeling career of 6 years that I am very passionate about. Modeling brings me entirely into the present moment, and I find being in a creative flow so therapeutic. I love traveling, exploring new cities, meeting new people, and trying new food. I want to visit so many more countries, but some of my favorites so far have been Spain, France, Italy, Taiwan, some areas of the USA, and Mexico where I just recently spent a month for work! During my years in sales and recruiting, I learned how passionate I am about coaching and guiding individuals, and helping them learn valuable skills that they will take for the rest of their lives. As a talent scout, I also love guiding newer models through the industry and teaching them everything I have learned along the way, and what it takes to be successful while staying true to themselves. That is why I am excited to be your English tutor. I will guide you through your learning journey, just like I did with my sales and recruiting teams. Let's get started!

About the lesson

My teaching style is laid-back and encouraging, like you are talking to a friend. I like to make the experience fun and engaging while being as valuable as possible. I like to make the lesson fun and relatable, going over topics likely to be encountered in real-world scenarios so that you can feel confident in a variety of settings. Starting with your motivation for wanting to learn English, we will also go over vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, writing tips, as well as just talk about topics you are passionate about so you can practice! My lessons are for anyone that has at least a basic understanding of English and is looking to improve and increase their confidence in communicating in the language. Lessons can take place online, or we can meet at public place like a relaxed cafe setting. Talk soon!
