About Inderpreet

I am a corporate finance and management professional with 10 years of experience. I have helped my clients in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) deals, corporate and asset valuation, infrastructure/debt finance, and valuation. I have professional proficiency in English, Spanish, and Hindi. I have an MS from MIT Sloan and an MBA from IE Business School. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Financial and Investment Analysis (BFIA) from Delhi University and a Cost and Management Accountancy from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). I am also a CFA Charterholder.
