I am a masters graduate from University of Delhi.Pursuing my PHD in Philosophy from the same.
i have been practising yoga since 7 years and have learned under brilliant and certified Gurus.
Movement and mindfulness are the two central themes in my practices. with yoga ,i also teach functional training and badminton.
